LinkedIn just released the most overused words in its 135 million user profiles. They are:

1.    Creative
2.    Organizational
3.    Effective
4.    Extensive experience
5.    Track record
6.    Motivated
7.    Innovative
8.    Problem solving
9.    Communication skills
10.  Dynamic

The company says to completely eliminate these in your resumes or cover letters, and instead replace them with specific examples of how you're a problem solver, etc.

LinkedIn also says users are 12 times more likely to be viewed as a potential job candidate if they have more than one position listed on their profile.
